When will my order be shipped?

For customised or personalised orders, additional time may be required to prepare artwork or design files before production. Design preparation typically takes 2–3 business days and may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

- The timeframes above apply to standard shipping to the United Kingdom. All days refer to business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production volume, courier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- During peak seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
- International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs inspections. We do not control customs processes and appreciate your understanding.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
In many cases, parcels may be held at a local delivery office or a delivery attempt may have been missed.
If your order has not been delivered after 30 business days and valid tracking information is available, please contact our support team. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If fewer than 30 business days have passed and tracking information is available, we kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United Kingdom.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price and may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
