1. Returns & Refunds Policy

The return and refund window for items purchased from UKtify is 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. The following cases may qualify for a free return, replacement, or refund:
  • Item arrived damaged/defective
  • Print/finish issue (where applicable)
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design or product type)
  • Wrong size sent (we shipped a different size than the one ordered)
Please note:
  • Returned items must be new, unworn/unused, and in original condition where reasonably possible.
  • If you are not satisfied for any other reason, please contact us at support@uktify.com. We will review your request and support you with the best available solution.

2. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please email us at support@uktify.com or contact us via WhatsApp: https://wa.me/+84367221521, and provide the following information (required):
  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue
  • If it’s a print/finish issue: close-up photos in good lighting
  • If it’s a sizing issue: a photo showing measurements (tape/ruler) next to the item
  • If items are missing: photos of what you received and the shipping label/packaging
Our support team will review your photos/videos. If your case is eligible, we may offer a free replacement. In rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a refund for the eligible item(s) (including any applicable shipping costs for that item, where required).

3. Processing Times & Return Instructions

  • Refund processing time: typically within 10 business days after approval (timing may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).
  • Replacement processing time: typically 2–5 business days to process, plus delivery time depending on destination and carrier.
  • Return instructions: if a return is approved, we will provide return instructions (including the correct return address) by email.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been processed. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after the order is placed.
