- Wrong size sent (we shipped a different size than the one ordered)

- Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
- Return Label & Fees: Downloading or procuring the return label is the customer's responsibility. There are no restocking fees (No cost) charged to the customer.

- If it’s a print or finish issue: close-up photos in good lighting
- If it’s a sizing issue: a photo showing measurements (tape or ruler) next to the item
- If items are missing: photos of what you received and the shipping label or packaging
Our support team will review the information provided.
If your case is eligible, we may offer a free replacement or exchange.
If a replacement/exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund for the eligible item(s),
including any applicable shipping costs for that item where required by law.
3. Processing Times & Return Address
- Refund processing time: typically within 10 to 22 days after approval (timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
- Replacement / Exchange processing time: typically 2–5 business days to process, plus delivery time depending on destination and carrier.
- Return address: Return instructions (including the correct return address) will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.
